I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel. The location was very convenient as it was close to banks, shops and other facilities. Parking was never an issue and the staff were always helpful, from reception to room service and the restaurant staff. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of service. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and good facilities.

The shower floors could have been cleaner.

Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby facilities such as banks and shops. it was a great value for money experience.

My xmas stay was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds and bedding to keep us warm during the chilly weather. The location was great, near important facilities such as shops and banks. Moreover, the staff were really helpful and showed us around, making our stay hassle-free.

There were some aspects that could have been improved. The cleanliness levels of the rooms needs extra attention - some areas like the shower surroundings and kettle needed cleaning. Another downside was the noise level - we had a neighbor whose snoring kept us up at night. Additionally, we were not informed about breakfast venue and they didn't deliver on the promise to call in the evening for our breakfast menu.

Had a Xmas stay at a hotel recently, the breakfast was impressive. The variety was there, and the staff was always available to clean up after meals and to provide something if asked. Rooms were also comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the area's attractions, and we liked the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to some of the town's amenities.

There were also some negatives. While the rooms were overall comfortable, the walls were thin, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

I had a great stay at the Lodge & Inn Cc in Nongoma. The location was perfect and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the variety of food options was impressive. The waitresses were always available and provided excellent service. The security guards at the facility were also commendable, ensuring a safe environment for guests.
